I played EVE for a few months when it started up 5 years ago. After converting from Mac Orthodoxy, it was my first foray into PC and MMO gaming, fueled in no small part by the extraordinary graphics and the need to get some value out of the excessive $500 video card I had (Radeon 9800GT).
It was absolutely beautiful, but at the time a lot emptier...

Good 30-minute documetary profiling Gaahl, the leader of Gorgoroth, one of the original progenitors of black metal more than 15 years ago. Nice to see a handling that did some work getting to the core of the scene and treating it with respect. The atmoshpere is excellent. I’m going to look into some Wardruna right now.

Nice roundup of severl good utilities. I’ve used ClipX, Clipomatic, and ArsClip extensively in the past (the latter my favorite), and now on my fancy new machine am giving CLCL a whirl.
I have no gripes about ArsClip, just testing the competition. So far pretty nice, but I won;t be surprised if I go back to ArsClip.
